武蔵野の森総合スポーツプラザ・メインアリーナにて開催を予定しておりました「the GazettE 18TH ANNIVERSARY DAY/6576」公演の3月10日(火) 当日の中止に伴い、オフィシャルバスツアーの実施を中止させていただくこととなりました。

お申込みいただいておりましたお客様へは、下記のいずれかの方法にてご返金をさせていただきます。

(1)特典GOODSのお受取りを希望の方

ご希望の特典GOODS料金+送料を差し引かせていただき、残金をご返金させていただきます。

In line with the cancelation of the「the GazettE 18TH ANNIVERSARY DAY/6576」concert that was scheduled to be held at Musashino Forest Sport Plaza Main Arena on Tuesday 3rd March, the official bus service that was also planned has been canceled.

All customers who applied can use one of the following methods to have their money returned.

(1) Those who wish to receive special goods

The cost of the special goods you wish to receive and their postage cost will be deducted and the money left over will be returned to you.

●「Original hand towel」　500 JPY

For: Everyone

●「Original collector’s case」　600 JPY

For: HERESY members

●「Original long-sleeved t-shirt, sweat pants, and tote bag」　8,000 JPY

For: VIP course applicants

*EMS postage costs differ. Postage costs vary depending on the country to which they are sent and the weight of items.

※Please enter the goods you wish to receive and the number of units on the return form. The 「original long-sleeved t-shirt, sweat pants, and tote bag」 are for VIP course applicants only, and the 「original collector’s case」 is for HERESY members only.

※If you applied in a group of two or more, please designate and notify us of a representative. The goods will be sent to their address and any money left over will be sent to their bank account.

※Our company will cover any costs incurred when transferring the refund.

※Any costs incurred by the customer when transferring the initial payment will remain born by the applicant and will not be refunded. We kindly ask for your understanding in this regard.

※Postage is planned from the end of March onwards.

(2) Those who do not wish to receive special goods

You will be refunded in full.

※If you applied in a group of two or more, please designate and notify us of a representative. The refund will be sent in full to the representative’s bank account.

※Our company will cover any costs incurred when transferring the refund.

※Any costs incurred by the customer when transferring the initial payment will remain born by the applicant and will not be refunded. We kindly ask for your understanding in this regard.

For those who have already completed their cancellation/refund process during the cancellation period of February 20-25, if you still wish to receive the bonus items, we can process your shipment if you pay the GOODS fee + shipping charges.

※EMS postage costs differ. Postage costs vary depending on the country to which they are sent and the weight of items.

※Once the submission period concludes, we will issue an invoice via PayPal to your email address by March 18th. The invoice will be sent from an email address bearing the following format : customer@the-heresy.com. Payment will be made in advance. Please note that if payment is not made within 10 days, that we will not be able to ship your order.

※Please enter the required bonus items/number of items. The “Original Long-Sleeve T-shirt & Sweatpants & Tote Bag” collection is available only to customers who ordered the VIP Course, and the “Original Collectible Case” is available only to HERESY members.

※Customers who submitted orders for 2 or more persons will need to select a representative to send in the order. The bonus items will be shipped to the address of the representative.
